SUMMARY:Coaching the Calling Journey: 13-Week Online Course
DESCRIPTION:Our journey in Christ covers many seasons and stages all designed by God to develop our life\, preparing us for our destiny now and for eternity. This 13-week advanced coach training course is designed to equip Christian coaches and coaches-in-training with a framework and tools to help others navigate and engage well the journey towards their destiny fulfillment. \nThis course will draw from Tony Stoltzfus’ revelatory book\, The Calling Journey.  The Critical Journey by Janet Hagberg and Robert Guelich will be a supplemental text. Using their own life stories as the framework\, participants will learn how to help others make sense of the twists and turns of their journey from heaven’s perspective\, create their own calling journey maps\, identify the stage or season they are currently in\, and lean into what God is doing so they can benefit the most from the current stage or season they are in. \n\n\nHERE ARE SOME DETAILS OF THE COURSE AND WHAT TO EXPECT:\n\nA 45-minute orientation session one week before the 1st training session\nOn-line Zoom venue with audio\, video and screen share capabilities\nTwelve\, 90 minute weekly on-line sessions that will be recorded\nWeekly sessions will include explanation of concept\, skill\, or tool\, live demonstration by trainer and volunteer\, and group debrief\nWeekly reading and homework assignments between on-line sessions\n1 hour each week of peer coaching and debrief\nA value at only $600. (Cost includes a PDF file of participant notes\, but does not include textbooks\, The Calling Journey\, by Tony Stoltzfus and The Critical Journey by Janet Hagberg and Robert Guelich)
