David serves as Director and lead trainer of Kingdom Coaching Institute. In addition to this role, David runs his own coaching and training business, Master Builder Coaching. He has received his coach training through Western Seminary, Coach22, and Leadership MetaFormation.

David comes from a ministry and business background where he has served in various pastoral roles in three different local churches and has filled management and executive roles for two building development companies. He also operated his own construction business for 10 years. David’s passion is to facilitate the process of life development and spiritual growth in those he coaches and trains. His joy is to come alongside others to encourage and assist them toward discovering and developing their unique potential and destiny in Christ by intentionally engaging their heart, God, and their journey well.

Carly is a life coach who helps people understand themselves and their own unique story. She creates a safe place to explore significant life shaping events, and family upbringing while identifying personal values, and limiting mindsets. World traveler of 15 nations and alumna of Bethel School of Ministry, she has worked in many settings and with many different teams, leaders, and people of all ages, stages, and walks of life. Instructed and mentored under ICF trained Martin Flack, Carly has a passion for people to capture their own breakthrough and access the true freedom their hearts long for.

Common take aways from those she’s coached is fresh perspective and clarity of season, ah-ha moments in self-actualization, and a greater sense of purpose and ownership in their lives. Carly currently lives in Northern California with her husband Kaleb.

Jodi’s passion is coaching the revelatory community into the greatness of their call. She loves to see prophets and discerners thrive in their personal lives by having the desires of their hearts met in Jesus. What would it be like for you to “give out without running out” because your heart is so full of the kind intentions of God for you? How would your confidence shift? Shannon is a certified Life Coach through Bethel Kingdom Coaching Institute, and a Master Certified Life Coach with Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI). Shannon considers it a privilege to work with clients who are navigating seasons of transitions into deeper levels of fulfillment, happiness, and renewed hope, especially after heartbreak.  

Shannon understands life’s unexpected transitions, grief, disappointments, and deep loss.  Shannon was divorced and became single again at 40.  She raised three children as a single parent while balancing both home and a career.  Shannon has walked the journey from co-dependency into emotional health and wholeness leveraging both counseling and coaching.  Shannon brings compassion, empathy, and encouragement to her coaching clients as they embrace their journey forward into new seasons.  Whether it’s baby steps or giant leaps forward, Shannon loves to work with clients to bring clarity and hope throughout the change process. Alan’s coaching focus is on retired senior citizens. His desire to ignite seniors to fulfill their God given calling and destiny. He really likes one on one coaching and finds that is the most productive and efficient style of coaching for him. Seniors have so much to offer younger people because of all their experience, gifting and training.

Alan has a MDIV from Christian Bible College and a MA in counseling from University of Colorado. He pastored 15 years at Laramie Christian Center in Laramie, Wyoming. He had a career of various jobs at Hewlett Packard Co for 34 years. He is a veteran of four years in the USAF. Alan is widowed with 3 grown children and two grandchildren. He is the author of Stepping Though the Psalms and Proverbs, and his latest book, More Steps Through the Scriptures.

Jen loves coming alongside people and drawing out their best. She helps her clients identify where they are now, where they want to be, and how they can get there. She is curious to ask the questions you didn’t know you had in order to find the answers that you truly need.

Jen has been married 20 years and has raised four teenagers that are now starting to leave the nest. Some of her experience consists of being a roadschooling mom, missionary/minister, creative director, and professional golf instructor. She loves water, adventures, creativity, and playing games. Lara is a certified Transformation Coach through Kingdom Coaching (CTC program) and she is an alumna of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. As a missionary kid growing up in two cultures she learned how to overcome the struggle of identity and belonging. She has passion for helping people discover who they truly are as citizens of the kingdom of God and what it means to belong to Him, how to find purpose and persevere through life’s hardships.

Having to navigate difficult seasons in her family’s life she can truly testify to Romans 8:28 “…and we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God”. If we are aware of how much we are loved and of the resources available to us as children of God we can truly thrive over any situation. She serves clients both in English and in Italian language.

Allyson is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Mentor, and Trainer who is passionate about seeing people reach their personal and professional potential. Claudia is a Certified Professional Life Coach, a certified Transformation Coach through Kingdom Coaching CTC program, Certified DISC Consultant, and Certified Group and Team Coach, as well as a prophetic artist. Coaching clients throughout the United States and as far away as Dubai, Claudia combines her many years of mentoring, discipling and pastoring with her passion for “Kingdom Culture” to provide her coaching clients with Christ-focused, purpose-driven results. Claudia’s life experience includes a successful career in sales, marketing, and management within the computer industry and co-planting and pastoring a church. Claudia’s experience and training have prepared her to successfully coach men and women whose passion is to lead a purpose-driven life with their eyes fixed on Jesus. She manages her private coaching practice, as well as being a creatives coach for Theresa Dedmon Ministries.

Amber is a Life Development Coach who has a passion to see women walking in their purpose, set free from what’s been holding them back. Amber received certification as a Certified Transformational Coach through Kingdom Coaching. She started her own business, Set Free, in 2019. Amber provides individual and group coaching online so that she can reach women nationally and internationally. She also hosts women’s event’s so that women can gather and be inspired to walk boldly in their purpose.

Amber lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.  She is a stay-at-home mom who homeschools her children and has served in various areas of ministry since 2007. Amber and her husband Chris began planting OpenDoor Church Houston in 2020 where Amber leads worship and she and her husband are campus pastors.

Lisa is a certified transformational coach through Kingdom Coaching as well as an ordained minister with over 20 years experience in various ministry roles including children’s, youth, worship, and women’s ministry. She has a heart to help women discover their identity and purpose in Christ, eliminate toxic thinking patterns, and develop deep relationships with the Lord and others. Lisa and her husband, Jeff, have been married for over 26 years and homeschooled their four children. Through her own experiences with the different needs and learning styles of her children, Lisa developed a passion for helping families discover their unique homeschooling style and delight-driven learning as well as family discipleship and grace-filled parenting. Her coaching business, Further Up and Further In Coaching serves clients in Germany, Canada, and the United States. Suzie has over 25 years of ministry experience and has a passion to help people “taste and see” the goodness of God and embrace their identity as beloved sons and daughters. She is a life-long learner with a degree in German and Classical Greek and is an alumna of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and Global Legacy’s Leadership Development Program. She has done further training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Life Consulting with Stumvoll Consulting. Nancee is a life coach, board certified chaplain and ordained pastor with more than 20 years of ministry experience. She creates a safe place for people to courageously engage with themselves and God. She has a Masters in Counseling, is a CTC with Kingdom Coaching, and is a Master Certified Life Coach with CLCI. Matthew Schwab (Mash) applies Bethel Redding’s most cherished values and decades of intimacy with Jesus to coaching and advising top leaders and high potentials in both the private and public sectors. He has advised multiple startups, and mentors with several startup accelerators. He also offers pro bono coaching to those with long-term health challenges to achieve and maintain economic self-sufficiency.

Mash and his wife Kathleen co-authored Speaking in Tongues: Enjoying Intimacy With God Through Tongues and Interpretation, published by Called Writers. They are now self-publishing a series of vocabulary-building books for high school and middle school students, including a verbally rich version of the Bible. Mash values life-long learning. In addition to his training with Bethel’s Kingdom Coaching Institute, he completed a bachelor’s degree (AB) in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of Michigan. More recently, he earned a coaching certification (LPCC) from Brown University and an executive leadership certificate, Lead the Future, from INSEAD Business School.

Levi is passionate about creating space for others to discover Christ within their own stories, from their victories and significant moments of impact to their challenges and disappointments. He is trained in facilitating processes with others that bring freedom from limiting beliefs about themselves and God, clarity in their life mission, and empowerment toward identifying and intentionally engaging their current life season. Levi is also trained through the CP Enneagram Academy to use the Enneagram as a tool to understand the automatic personality patterns that often keep people stuck and how to move beyond them through experiencing greater awareness of the love of Jesus and the power of identity in Christ. Levi has completed 1st year at BSSM, is a four-year graduate of IHOPU, has 3 years experience in spiritual formation coaching for leaders, and currently serves as a leader and facilitator in The Whole Man Project at Bethel Church.

Sara is a certified Transformation Coach through Kingdom Coaching CTC program with seven years of pastoral ministry experience in the local church.  After encountering God in her own story of trauma, loss and painful transitions, she is now uniquely qualified to help others walk a similar journey with authenticity and grace. I live in Texas. I’m married to my soul mate, Buddy. Together, we have 4 grown children and 7 grandkids. We have worked together in real estate and ministry for years. I’d call myself a serious pursuer of God. I’ve been around a while and so have seen a lot of what doesn’t work and have found a lot of what does. I’m not finished, of course. But, over the years, I’ve discovered that Jesus really just wants to do life with us. As a “Christian Life Coach,” my goal is to help get you off the roller coaster ride of highs and lows … of feeling close one day and then feeling far away from the Lord the next … and onto the “abundant life” path where Jesus becomes YOUR Ultimate coach – you know, that other kind of coach, the one you find in a game of sports.
